February 2, 2018, 2:43pm. Indecent Exposure. 26 year old Hispanic male, 5’9”, was caught on camera urinating on the mall grounds. Mall security was first alerted by a shopping family, resulting in the suspect being apprehended and detained. The suspect was rowdy and uncooperative, requiring his hands to be restrained while being brought in for processing. While in custody, the suspect continued to be difficult with the Loss Prevention Officer. He was questioned and strip searched following standard protocols. An understanding was reached by the suspect and the Loss Prevention Officer, and he was released without involvement of law enforcement.
