The perp resists the Officer, getting physically and verbally aggressive and causing a disturbance. The Officer successfully detains the perp and conducts a routine cavity search to retrieve possible stolen goods. Perp asks to be informed of his crimes, but the Officer states that his rights have been waived by his criminal activity.
